Do you think it will be possible for me to get accepted into the College of New Jersey?

I am going to be a junior in september and i'm getting nervous about colleges. I did decent during my freshman year in all college prepatory cles, but I really messed up during my sopre year, finishing with a 2.6 gpa. I got into the wrong crowd and was basically stupid. I had no goals for the past two years, but I really want to make a future of mysrlf and I think it's too late. I do plan on improving my grades the next two years (i am forced to re-take basic chemistry, and dropped to remedial math and physics.) However, I'm excellent in History and am taking honors . I'm excellent in English because that's what I am going to major in. I am also holding down a job, playing rec. soccer for the 8th year in the fall, I am planning on doing community service the next two years, and taking the PSAT's this fall and next spring. Is there any hope for me if I keep my grades up?
