Why when Democrates are in office they are refered to as tax and spend but when its a Republican in office?

viewed as not a problem. I never seen a Democrate tax and spend like this Republican has. Have you seen the Democrates spend like this and if so make sure you tell me the years cause I been here and seen Johnson, Carter and Clinton in the White House and none of their terms left us this much in debt. Then look at Nixon, Reagan, Bushes X3 and see the difference. Can you still say Democrates are tax and spend?
