You think i will receive unemployement? and if so for how long !?

I got terminated from my job april 27th for improper use of their email system.. according them ! i emailed a guy from craigslist and exchange bad words he forwarded all the emails to the main company i work for..i was never told that i couldnt email other people that werent employees. my boss gave me the login and pword after 8 months of being employed and my work didnt revolve around a cpu. he said dont look at any po rn because thats the easiest thing that will get u fired.. hr pulls me aside and terminates me with the emails .. i never had a warning write in my work file.. they tell unemployement that i was fired for work misconduct i dont think that falls into that category they also told unemployement that i was aware of their email policy which i never waas. no on ever briefed me or made me sign anything , that showed my consent and knowledge of their email system. the case is i got penalized for UI for 6 weeks i am suppose to reert the claim june 7th any suggestions or ?
