Does area 51 really have an alien spaceship?

From the facts I collected im deciding No although on youtube they have actually evidence of aliens and them talking to them but before the aliens came they crash landed first of all and they said the aliens had issues of sickness and they eventually died from earths atmosphere. im pretty sure that they couldn't have had the alien ship in one piece in there shed @ area 51 and it would be almost impossible depending on the ship's size, some people even say area 51 doesn't exist, I think it does because some people have been almost shot down because they told someone about the alien Evidence they experienced.
