There are a number of possibilities. It's possible that it is an allergic reaction to the medicine. It's also possible that the bumps are a rash from clothing or diapers, or even heat rash. Do you have a number where you can reach a doctor on call? If so, do that. You can describe the symptoms in detail to them and they can further tell you what you should do.
