Re:any tips on how to make ma office computer work faster?

All that crap you downloaded into your computer need to be removed its a waste of time ,you only need 1 good anti virus program and AVG is not the 1, for an office computer i would suggest Mcafee, the disk clean up and defragmenting should be done weekly , but as for your computer being slow it may just be your computer , how fast and what type is your processor and how much ram do you have.P.S. if you had alot of spyware in a office computer your screwed i sure hope i don't use your company!
