Can't get better? Pregnant and sick?

I've been struggling with a cold for a couple weeks. I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Last week I got a prescription from my Dr. for a Z-pack. just antibiotics. The medicine is gone and I am still sick. It's a horrible congested cough. and at night when i lay down, i'm wheezing. Everyday I cough up stuff and my nose still runs. since i'm still in my first trimester, is there anything they can do to make me feel better??
