Do Evangelical oppose legalizing the Mexican immigrants because of their race or because they are Catholics.?

Or, when you take out the false dichotomy, they oppose legalizing immigration for a group of people who, due to their economic situation, are statistically more likely to be unemployed, commit crime, and have babbies to get welfare money.
