Driving on suspended licenses PLEASE ANSWER?

my boyfriend just went to jail he is in franklin township and has to be transferred to marion county jail. The cop said he would be transferred maybe today or maybe tomorrow. He had bad plates and was going 53 in a 40 he had a warrant out for driving while suspended. How long will he be in jail? we live in indianapolis In About how many days/months?
