Help am i pregnant i need some advice plzzz x?

My last period started on the 16th of october. My cycle usually last 28 days im never late for my period. Iv been having dizziness and felling sick alot. Could i be pregnant or is it to early to tell. If i took a pregnancy test would it be accurate. we have been trying for a baby xx thanks xx
