Is an anti eyebrow piercing more painfull than getting your eyebrow pierced?

I know what you mean, your anti-eye brow piercing right below the eye on the cheek bone. A friend of mine said it did not hurt her but I don't have one. I have an eyebrow piercing and on a scale of 1-10 it was about a 4.5.
