Is the internet a breading ground for communists and terrorists? Shouldn't the internet be regulated by us?

Parents should monitor their children's use of the internet. While my kids were young we only had a computer in a common area so we could look at the screen at any time to see what they were doing. Government needs to stay OUT OF IT!
