I weight 84kgs, I'm also a girl. I skip every second day for 20 minutes, two minutes on 1 minute off. I've been doing this at boxing training for the last 3 months. The thing is I'm so obsessed with losing weight that I want to skip every second. I'm not seeing any differences though, to be honest I just feel fatter and the more I look at myself in the mirror, I get so upset at myself. Is there any other exercise that could help for weight loss? Or does anyone know of a good dietary plan that I could start?
