Medical marijuana for minors? (migraines)?

i am 15 going to be 16 soon and i get Chronic migraines frequently.. ive had them ever since i was like 7. My doctor prescribed me with several different medications.. ive tried over the counter medicines.. cool pads.. stress cles. changing my diet..and NOTHING has seemed to work for me,.. Untill one time when i had a migraine i tried smoking some marijuana, and that is the one thing that can actually relieve the pain. on top of that i get these really bad muscle pains in my legs and arms i get them about every other day or so... but i was wondering if its possible for me to get a medical marijuana card at this age in California, (with the consent of my parents)? and how does it go about for minors? i would appricieate the help, thanks(: btw i have kaiser and i doubt theyll provide me with a referral ..
