Personnal injury ques?

my wife and i were severely crushed by a truck.my wife suffered some wrist and hand injuries,i suffered the most.the liability was the trucks 100 per cent.multiple summonses were issued to truck.im 59 .my doctors have reported that i have a cl5 shoulder seperation that will always limit my lifestlye in every aspect.the injury is clified as permenant with a pertruding collar bone bump disfigurment for life.between my wife and i, both in the car an injured ,what can a case like this bring.also the driver did not report the accident or respond to my layers notice until 3 months after the accident.i beleive this is a grave mistake by her .i live in jersey
