Should I stop renting and just buy?

Right now is a good time to purchase a home with prices being what they are and the government currently has a stimulus program that offers the qualified buyer $7,500. to help with the mortage I believe (I may be mistaken what its for but not the fact that its given) then at tax time the buyer gets an additional $7,500. tax credit. Now let me clarify something about the first 7,500, that has to be paid back when the house is sold or you can pay over time. FHA also has many programs for first time buyers that even include students! I would check it out if I were you! Good luck and make sure your credit is at least 730 and not below 630.
