Should I wear a diaper also so my girlfriend feels better about her bedwetting?

My girlfriend wets the bed and wears diapers for this problem. She was very uncomfortable about this and wouldn't snuggle with me in bed while she was wearing the diaper. So I found a solution. I started wearing one also. I think it makes her feel better. But is it right for me to do this since I don't wet the bed? In truth, it kind of makes me feel like a baby.Also it's getting warmer out and it makes me sweaty in the area it covers.
