What makes Rajinikanth the Boss?

sir, this is the bad practice of indians particularly here. He is only an actor. How can he become a boss sir ? He may be a boss to his family, but who knows some of the family members will do revolutes him. He is earning crores and crores of money in acting. so, sorry sir i will not accept an actor as boss.
