Why does noone like Jasper? - (Breaking Dawn Spoilers)?

I think it's because they know Alice and umed that she'd taken Jasper away under false pretenses to protect him. She said it to Bella before that she couldn't lose Jasper in such away and the rest of the family know exactly how protective she is of him. Of course, if they knew Alice at all, they would have known she'd have come back. As for the returning part - that I can't answer; I never really paid attention to Jasper returning just like the characters didn't. At a guess, Jasper was using his ability to take the attention from him....maybe?
