Do you think that Y! Answers needs moderators?

I can't even get on here to do a little bit of simple research without encountering crazy questions and responses full of vulgarity, racism, and just ignorance altogether. Its a shame that a website that was created to help people had to turn out like this! I think if they had moderators, it would be much easier (and faster) to delete the accounts of those who are just here to annoy people and take up space. What do you think would be a reasonable solution?
