Evangelicals .... does it bother you that President Bush ...?

... pandered to you just to get your vote? Spiritually speaking, you know the man was an Episcopalian (much to my chagrin since that is my denomination) who became a slightly less liberal and slightly more publicly palatable Methodist when he entered public life (starting as a Midland, Texas city councilman then running for Governor of Texas) just so he could appeal to his ultra-conservative Christian Right fundamentalist core. How do you all feel about that? Knowing his belief is insincere and he bought and sold you and your vote like so much expensive gasoline? He pandered to you and you all (fundies) fell for it. That's got to irk you off. It would irk me off, but, of course I am a non-fundie Christian, but if I were, it would chap my behind. Does it chap yours?
